What qualifies one to be spoilt?

For example: If you've never taken a bus or taxi to or from school in your life because your parents think you might get kidnapped or/
If you have a tutor for every thing: English, Maths, Physics, Japanese, Chinese, Piano, Tennis, Chemistry.... you name it...or/
Just the fact that you're so inexperienced you can't even fill in your own name and date of birth on an application form without getting it wrong?
